(TK 9th Mar, 2016)戦後、下半身に着けるものについては"穿く"が、足に着けるものについては"履く"が使われるようになった(使い分けが厳密になった) after WW2, "穿く" and "履く" are strictly used differently. "穿く" is used for wears for lower body and "履く" is used for footwear. http://d.hatena.ne.jp/takeda25/20140727/1406455403
